In detail
From first chat to published posts
1. Onboarding
We agree your plan, platforms and goals, then invite you to your private client portal. You add your brand details — colours, tone of voice and anything to avoid.
2. You share
Upload photos, videos and documents whenever it suits you. Share offers and events with a short form so we have the exact prices, dates and terms.
3. We create
Our team builds your monthly content plan, designs the posts and writes captions. AI can help with first drafts, but a person checks every claim, word and image.
4. You approve
Posts arrive in your portal with a preview, caption, platform and planned date. Approve with one tap, or request changes with a note. If we change a post later, it comes back to you.
5. We publish
Approved posts are scheduled for the planned time. You can always see what’s planned, waiting, approved and published.
6. Monthly summary
Each month you get a clear summary of the work delivered and what’s coming next. We only report numbers we can genuinely measure.
