Terms of Service

1. Provider

Services are provided by [legal entity name], NIF/CIF [number], [registered address].

2. The service

Viraluna provides managed social media content services. The plan, included platforms, Reels/Stories allowances, start date and any extras are set out in your written offer, which forms part of these terms.

A “post” is one approved content item — a single feed post, carousel or Reel. Cross-posting the same item to your agreed platforms counts as one post. Stories and Reels allowances are set separately in your written offer.

Not included unless agreed in writing: On-site filming or photography; Daily community management (comments and DMs); Paid advertising management and ad spend; Extensive video production; Urgent same-day requests; Extra platforms beyond those agreed.

3. Plans and prices

• Starter: €200 per month for 16 posts.
• Growth: €350 per month for 24 posts.
• Premium: €500 per month for 40 posts.

Prices exclude IVA, which is added to invoices as applicable.

4. Introductory offer

New clients pay 50% of the standard plan price for their first service month (Starter €100, Growth €175, Premium €250). The following month returns to the standard or contracted rate.

5. Optional 12-month agreement

Month 1 is charged at 50% of the standard price and months 2–12 at 20% off the standard price, with no further discounts stacked. Total commitment: Starter €1,860, Growth €3,255, Premium €4,650, before IVA, payable monthly unless otherwise agreed. [Early termination, renewal and notice terms to be completed and reviewed.]

6. Invoicing and payment

We issue a factura for each service period. Payment is made by bank transfer, card through a certified terminal/provider, or cash where accepted and lawful, within [number] days of the invoice date. No card details are collected on our website.

7. Approvals

Content is published only after you approve the exact version in the client portal. If approved content is changed, it requires approval again. You’re responsible for the accuracy of the facts you supply (prices, dates, offers).

8. Your materials

You confirm you have the rights to the photos, videos, logos and other materials you upload, and grant us permission to use them to create and publish your content during the service.

9. Cancellation

Monthly plans: [notice period]. 12-month agreements: as set out in section 5 and your written agreement.

10. Results

We work to create consistent, professional content but cannot guarantee specific reach, followers, customers or sales.

11. Law
