Questions, answered
Will callers know they’re speaking to AI?
Yes. Our voice agents introduce themselves as an assistant. Being open builds trust, and EU rules require people to be told when they are talking to an AI system.
Can it work with my existing phone number?
Usually, yes. Calls can be forwarded to the voice agent all the time, outside opening hours or only when your line is busy, so you keep your number.
Do I need a social media plan to use Viraluna Studio?
No. Studio projects are sold separately, so you can hire us just for a website, an online shop, an app, branding, SEO & GEO, ads or AI work.
How are Studio projects priced?
Each project gets a fixed written quote based on its scope, usually paid in stages — for example a deposit to start and the rest on launch. Prices exclude VAT.
How will I follow progress?
In your private Viraluna portal. We post updates and previews there, and you approve each stage or ask for changes.
